3. Fees, Payments & Professional Charges

All professional fees and consultancy charges must be paid in advance or as per the agreed milestones via our official payment gateway or dynamic UPI QR options. Fees once paid for processed or initiated filings are strictly non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our firm acts as a professional facilitator and consultant. Final approvals, processing times, or assessments are subject to government authorities (Income Tax Department, GST Department, MCA, etc.). We do not guarantee specific outcomes from regulatory bodies beyond professional due diligence.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located near our registered office address.
