1. Order & Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel their service requests or project assignments before our experts or consultants have commenced work or initiated document processing. Once a case or filing procedure has been assigned and started, cancellations will not be entertained.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable strictly under the following conditions:

• If duplicate payments have been processed due to technical errors.
• If we are unable to initiate or deliver the paid consultancy service from our end.
• Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of transaction with valid proof of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Government fees, statutory taxes, stamp duties, third-party portal charges, and professional consultation fees for work already executed or reviewed by our experts are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited directly to the original payment source or bank account provided by the client.
